An ID card is required to enroll in the library. If you change your place of residence, change your last name and other data, the reader must inform the library about it;
Service in all departments is provided only on the basis of a library card. At each visit, the library user must receive a checklist, which, upon leaving the library, is left with a mandatory note by the librarian confirming the stay and use of the reader of this department;
Upon receipt of printed works and other materials, the user is obliged to review them and notify the librarian of all defects noticed. Otherwise, the user is financially responsible;
The rules of the library provide for a collateral system for issuing books at home. The amount of the deposit is determined by the librarian depending on the value of the publication and the revaluation of the value of the book collections;
A mandatory rule of the library includes the reader‘s definition of outerwear in the wardrobe, it is forbidden to bring bags, briefcases, parcels into the halls;
Disabled people and participants of the Great Patriotic War, disabled workers have the right to extraordinary service.
